Virtual Action Planning

The North Carolina Public Library Directors Association “develops, supports, and advocates for great libraries and their leaders”. I had the pleasure of working with the President and Vice President to design and facilitate a virtual action planning workshop for members of the association. Over the course of a day and a half, forty association members used Miro and Zoom to explore recent successes, visualize their shared future, articulate a set of commitments and create a calendar of activities with measurable accomplishments for the coming year.
