Passionate. Accomplished. Exacting.

Angela T. Spinazzè, Principal and Founder

As a designer of conversations, steward of participatory processes, manager of research initiatives, and curator, I have spent my career advocating for transparency and public access to our shared cultural, scholarly, and artistic heritage; translating between subject matter experts and software developers; facilitating participatory, community-driven planning efforts; and mentoring the next generation of creative women leaders. I bring a holistic and multi-modal focus to my work that makes planning facile and structured, taps hidden potentialities, and turns ideas into practical actions that result in tangible accomplishments. My work spans the arts and humanities, social and natural sciences, performing arts, higher education, preservability of new forms of digital scholarship, national and regional government and arts service organizations, private foundations, and professional associations. My methodology is grounded in human-centered, asset-based design, agile development, and urban acupuncture. I am a Certified ToP Facilitator, an avid traveller, and my friends say that I am a wonderful cook.
