Following a successful Strategic Planning Process, Toledo Lucas County Public Library wanted to develop a companion technology plan. To prepare for that second planning effort, the Library engaged ATSPIN consulting to assess the effectiveness of its current technology resources and develop a framework for future planning efforts. Towards that end, the project team and I surveyed 189 library staff across the public library system, designed and co-facilitated 13 focus groups with 230 participants, conducted 20 one-on-one interviews; and made 5 in-depth branch visits.
