Community Design

I worked at the vanguard of the open source software movement in the GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums) and higher education domains leading the community design of three software applications for managing, conserving, and documenting object and artifact collections and in support of cooperative research through CollectionSpace, ConservationSpace, and ResearchSpace. In addition, I managed the program activities of ArchivesSpace and led the community design of ArtsReady and its successor Performing Arts Readiness both of which were developed by and for performing arts organizations in support of readiness planning and business continuity.
